1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Xenion Marketing Group ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services or website.
2. Description of Services
Xenion Marketing Group provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, AI automation, short-form video content creation (Reels, TikToks), and strategic growth consulting for small businesses in the Seattle-Tacoma area.
3. Client Responsibilities
To provide effective services, clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to social media accounts or technical platforms as required for the project.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content created by Xenion Marketing Group for the client remains the property of Xenion Marketing Group until full payment is received, at which point ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Payments are due according to the schedule specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Xenion Marketing Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific financial results or follower counts.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in King County or Pierce County, Washington.
